We’ll assist you in navigating the process of applying for the MTA license, streamlining it for your convenience. However, as we neither own the property nor sublet it, we’re unable to apply on your behalf. The responsibility to apply for the license lies with the owner, while we serve as intermediaries, managing the accommodation for holiday rentals. There are various criteria that MTA checks to ensure that the property is of a certain standard.
